This private retreat beach venue for rent in Spain has private access to the beach, and is surrounded by a completely natural environment with wonderful sand and the lovely Atlantic Ocean. The sea in this area is directly open to the Atlantic Ocean which provides the beach with fresh and clean seawater and ocean energy. Around the farm are housed numerous horses that belong to the next-door neighborhood. The horses complete a fantastic triangle with the connection of nature and human and animal kingdoms.
If you are interested, you can walk on the beach to El Faro de Trafalgar that takes you hundreds of years back in history.
The venue itself has a private hall ideal for inside classes and several outside areas. The interior hall for exercises like meditation has a sea view and it is separated from the apartments and dining room. It can be divided into two separate exercise and class rooms.
It is possible to do spend time outside on the green park between the venue and the beach, and on the beach.
There are 14 rooms with capacity for 14 to 52 people. The venue has 8 duplex, 3 loft, 2 suite, and 1 double room, all together 14 room. All rooms exept one have a private bathroom and a sofa bed, plus 8 of them have a private toilet as well. The beds are of good quality and are double with the option of converting them into single beds. All rooms are spacious with high quality and ideal design for a quiet and private stay on the beach. The rooms give the group the necessary independence and privacy. The capacity of the villa is for groups of 14 to 52 people.
The venue is covered by air-conditioning if wanted.
There is a professional kitchen which can be booked and used over the retreat if wanted. It can be organized to have a vegan chef in the house over your stay, or you can use the kitchen and prepare the food yourself.
There is ample parking space next to the entrance of the venue.

This private beach venue has a big hall for classes and private access to the beach, a spacious parking lot for multiple vehicles. Inside the venue there are common areas for the group and personal areas divided by rooms. The common areas include a terrace in the courtyard, a living room connected to the kitchen and a bathroom. The venue also has several outside areas ideal for holding classes and courses. In total there are 7 WC in common areas.

The venue has a total of 14 rooms with a capacity of 28 people in beds plus 12 to 24 people in sofa beds. In total up to 52 people. All rooms have a private bathroom, plus 8 of them have a private toilet as well and 13 with private kitchen. The beds are of good quality and are double with the option of converting into single beds.
All rooms are spacious with high quality and ideal design for a quiet and private stay on the beach.

It is an ideal place where you can choose the privacy of a private meal or a meal in common with the group you are traveling with. The venue has large areas inside and outside where you can personally or professionally organize meals for the group. The option of food service during the stay is possible.

The venue is located in an idyllic natural environment next to one of the most beautiful natural beaches in Spain in the province of Cádiz. The property has private access which ensures maximum privacy. The property is covered with a rich natural fauna and flora of the Costa de la Luz area with trees, shrubs and flowers. Next to the space there are horses from the nearest neighbor. Without a doubt it is a unique place, a paradise with pure peace and harmony. Ideal for retreats and magical events.

Virgin beach - Atlantic Ocean
The venue is located right in front of an incredible virgin beach with maximum privacy. The complex has private access to the beach and is surrounded by a completely natural environment with very fine sand and the accompanying the spellcasting Atlantic Ocean. The sea in this area is somewhat rough. Since the beach is virgin, it is not supervised, so you have to be personally aware of possible rip currents. This beach is ideal for those seeking maximum privacy, natural surroundings and peace.

Booking Conditions.
INCLUDED: 14 rooms, 14 bathrooms, 8 WC, 28 single beds or 14 double beds, 12 sofa beds, 14 kithchen, private use of lounge, private access to the beach and outside areas, shower towels, sheets, toilet paper and hand soap. Water and elecricity costs. Cleaning once a week.
PAYMENTS: 30% advanced payment by transfer at reservation. The pending payment of 70% must be paid one month before arrival. The total payment includes the total price of the rental and possible extra services and the damage deposit.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: For security 500 EUR is taken as a damage deposit on all bookings . All damage deposits will be transferred back to the clients account as soon as the state of the venue has been reviewed and valid. This will take maximum 7 days.
DISCOUNTS: Rentals with more than 3 nights have 10% discount on seasons with minimum 2 nights and rentals with more than 7 nights have a 15% discount. Speciall offer may be made with multiple bookings.
CANCELATION FEES: Cancellations 60 days before arrival are free. Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival have a 50% fee. Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival has no refund.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME: Official arrival time is after 16:00 pm and the departure time is before 12:00 am. It is possible to add early arrival and/or late departure for an extra fee of 100 EUR each if no clients leave or arrive at our venue the same day.
