This private luxury beach venue for rent and hire is a fantastic space located in a natural area on one of the best natural beaches in Spain. The venue is truly unique and exclusive due to its private access to the beach, the high quality inside and outside and the lovely weather and light in this area. Due to the large property maximum privacy and tranquility is guaranteed during the stay.

The venue is ideal for retreats, teamwork and business events, gatherings of family and friends, beach weddings with accommodation, and special events such as anniversaries, etc.

There are in total capacity to 28 to 52 people in 14 rooms. There are large living rooms, terraces and lounges with a perfect atmosphere where to connect and share with the group you are traveling with.

Private beach venue in a natural environment.

All the 14 rooms in the venue are equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, heating and have an en-suite bathroom. 8 of them additionally have 1 toilet.

The venue has on one side the building with the bedrooms, kitchen and living room, and on the other hand the building with the lounge that can be used for meetings, dining room, yoga room etc.

The main patio is a beautiful chill-out area, it is the ideal place to spend some time relaxing with other guests.

The direct access to the beach from the venue makes this space an ideal place for beach weddings and yoga retreats looking for the possibility of doing yoga on the beach.

Around the farm are housed numerous horses that belong to the next neighbor. The horses complete a fantastic triangle with the connection of nature, human and animal kingdom.

The property also offers a spacious parking space for several vehicles, all inside the private property.

The Venue.

This beach venue has private access to the property, a spacious parking lot for multiple vehicles and private access to the beach. Inside the venue there are common areas for the group and personal areas divided by rooms. The common areas include a terrace in the courtyard, a living room connected to the kitchen and a bathroom. This is one of the areas where you can choose to put the dining room. Additionally, there is another very large room with a beach view, ideal to be used as a dining room or room for classes or courses during your stay. The venue also has several outside areas ideal for holding classes and courses. In total it has 7 WC in common areas.
The Rooms.

8 duplex - 3 Loft - 2 Suite - 1 Double room
The venue has a total of 14 duplex, loft, suite and double rooms with a capacity of 28 to 52 people. All rooms have a private bathroom, plus 8 of them have a private toilet as well. The beds are of good quality and are double with the option of converting into single beds.
All rooms are spacious with high quality and ideal design for a quiet and private stay on the beach. The rooms give the group the necessary independence and privacy.
The Beach.

Natural beach - Atlantic Ocean
The venue is located right in front of an incredible natural beach with maximum privacy. The venue has a private access to the beach which is surrounded by a completely natural environment with very fine sand and the lovely Atlantic Ocean. The sea in this area is directly open to the Atlantic Ocean which provides the beach with fresh and clean sea water. Since this is a natural beach, it is not a beach guard. This beach is ideal for those seeking maximum privacy, a natural environment and peace.
The Dining Area.

Indoors - Outdoors
This private venue has individual and mutual dining rooms for the group, indoors and outdoors. It is an ideal place where you can choose the privacy of a private meal or a meal in common with the group you are traveling with. The venue has large areas inside and outside where you can personally or professionally organize meals for the group. The option of food service during the stay is offered in a buffet or served at the table is possible.
